Inauguration of Centre for Canadian Studies
Since time immemorial Nation States have used scholars, scholarship and Universities to proliferate and exchange ideas, foster talent and encourage learning. In keeping with this, the University of Delhi inaugurated the recently revived Centre for Canadian Studies in the South Campus.
This Centre provides a platform for various institutions and individual scholars from India and Canada to come together, learn and grow. The Vice Chancellor (Acting), Prof. P.C. Joshi inaugurated the new premises of the Centre along with Dr Prachi Kaul (Director, Shastri Indo-Canadian Institute) in the presence of Director of South Campus and Centre for Canadian Studies, Prof. Suman Kundu, the Dean of Colleges, Dr.Balaram Pani, Deputy Director of the Centre, Dr.Yamini Gupt, Dr Chandra Mohan, Senior core member of the Centre and several senior faculty members, administrators and students of South Campus.
